I collaborate closely with your expert(s) to define the desired outcomes and then work backward to achieve them, using evidence-based methods and diverse multimedia content to ensure a transformational learning experience.
My process begins with identifying the core problem, analysing relevant data, and engaging with learners to maximize impact. These approaches are effective across various settings, including:

- Professional Development – upskilling employees or supporting continuous professional development in regulated professions.

Here’s what to expect from the design & development process
1 Project Kick-off
At the outset, I engage clients in a comprehensive discussion to understand the problem we are solving, understand the vision, objectives, and preferences. Together we establish the budget and priorities. This phase lays the foundation and defines the scope and the aspirations of the project.
2 Discovery
In this phase I immerse myself in the context aiming to understand where learning can support the desired outcomes. Where possible I’ll speak to representatives of the intended audience as well as deep dive with the subject matter expert.
3 Design and develop
In this phase I get to work producing the actual content, starting with scripts and content maps to ensure we are on the right track and progressing to actual learning solutions including video, animations, exercises and other interactive content. Initial iterations incorporate client feedback, refining the concept into a cohesive blueprint that aligns with their tastes and the project’s objectives.
4 Deploy (and iterate)
Depending on our agreement we can also help with the deployment of the project, recommending platforms if needed, publishing the content and creating complete marketing and communication plans to support your goals.
I can also update materials as needed and we can improve them based on the results and the data.
